The swim course starts at Strandbad Obertrum, you will have to swim two laps (red buoys) of 750 m with a short landing in between. After the swim follows a running section to the transition area (approx. 350 m).

bike course

The first 10 kilometers lead up to the Haunsberg. At the crossroads on the state road, turn right on the first lap back into the town of Obertrum. In the town center you turn right onto the second round. The second lap is the same as the first lap for the first 10 kilometers. On the state road, continue straight ahead along the Haunsberg plateau. At the main road you turn right in the direction of Seeham, the rest of the cycle route leads undulating around the Obertrumer See. There is a total of 41.8 kilometers to drive.

The run course first leads along the bike route to the turning point, on the return route you turn right into the industrial area. From there, the route leads along the Mattig back to the center of Obertrum and after a loop through the premises of the Trumer private brewery to the finish area. After turning in the finish area, you run along the Mattig to the Seespitz and from there to the next round. There are 2 laps and therefore 10 kilometers to run.
